Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Just be advised that items shipped outside Canada may take longer to arrive.

Where is my order/When will my order arrive?

Once we receive an order from the site, we send it to be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed before 1pm will be submitted for processing on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, will be submitted for processing the next business day. Our goal is to quickly and accurately prepare your order for shipping to exceed your expectations on delivery time. You are excited to receive your order and we want to get it to you.

Can I expedite my shipping for my order?

Yes, please contact us by email at support@houseofhockey.ca and we would be happy to assist you with expedited shipping. Additional charges may apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing and to prepare your item for shipping. After that your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within Canada and is determined based on the Provincial Tax rate (PST) and the Federal Tax rate (GST) or Harmonized Tax (HST) for your delivery address.
